Blue Sticky Ribbon Roll – Thrips & Leafminer Monitoring Trap

The Blue Sticky Ribbon Roll is a highly effective, non-toxic solution for monitoring and controlling pest insects in greenhouses, gardens, nurseries, and large growing areas. This double-sided sticky insect trap captures pests as they move through crop spaces and along perimeters, helping growers detect infestations early and reduce pest pressure without chemical pesticides.

Designed specifically to attract thrips, this blue sticky tape triggers a strong behavioral response in Western Flower Thrips and other Frankliniella species, as well as bean thrips and spinach leafminers. Rolls can be hung vertically, stretched along greenhouse edges, or laid on the ground to trap both flying and crawling insects. For increased effectiveness, pheromone lures or essential oils may be added. Using blue and yellow sticky rolls together provides broader pest coverage and improved monitoring accuracy.

Target Pests:

  • Western Flower Thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis)

  • Frankliniella species of thrips

  • Bean Thrips (Caliothrips fasciatus)

  • Spinach Leafminers (Pegomya hyoscyami)

Key Features:

  • Double-sided sticky surface traps insects from both directions

  • Blue color optimized for thrips attraction

  • Effective for flying and crawling pests

  • Ideal for greenhouses, gardens, nurseries, and IPM programs

  • Compatible with pheromone lures and essential oils

  • Chemical-free insect monitoring and control

The Blue Sticky Ribbon Roll is an essential tool for integrated pest management (IPM), helping growers monitor pest populations, reduce crop damage, and minimize reliance on disruptive pesticides.
